E V A L U A T I O N

For this shoot I took a trip to Trafalgar Square to photograph the fountain, I really loved this shoot I found it fascinating how the water falls. My Canon 760D captures the fountain and it holds mystical beauty with the chaotic London city all around it. This tourist attraction during the summer calls thousands from all over the world, the lights in the fountain sometimes give the water a yellow, blue and red tint and at night the stunning fountain is lit up by its surrounding area. The fountain is a gem in the centre of a bustling London day, the chaotic pouring water sometimes so violent it is hard to see the beauty however captured this way looks stunning.

This shoot was really inspiring and I really enjoyed doing it, if I had the chance to do it again I would perhaps do it on a day with better weather and explore other areas of the fountain. I would love to create a bigger focus on the money thrown into the water, people making wishes on their pennies hoping this magical tourist site will make them come true. My next shoot is also London based I am going to shoot the river Thames and I want to do this at night to see how the lighting of the wonderful city of London exaggerates the beauty of the water.
