The first photograph depicts a purple bath bomb that has reacted with the water to create bubbles and coloured patterns in the water, the purple bubbles have the ability to look like a galaxy and create images in the water. The incredible look of this photograph reflects the meaning, the natural source of water is able to create something beautiful like this.  The bath bomb and the water are reactants so the colours are released in bursts, the different shades that the bath bomb has contained in it create depth when photographed while it is mid reaction with the water.

My photograph is of a pink bath bomb that contained strands of purple and white which turned the water hot pink, with candy pink strands and dark purple patches which gathered around the edge of the sink that I was working in. The bath bomb can be seen in the centre of the photograph fizzing away and realising bubbles while it is reacting with the water. The colours gather together at the edge of the sink and create small rainbow pools. The colours of the bath bomb almost add a type of texture to the water, the water looks as if it would be rough to touch with multiple layers however it slips through your fingertips.

These two photographs are extremely similar, the colours are within the same group as the pink bath bomb gave off purples that made the photograph appear rather mystical as it was releasing. In both photographs the bath bomb can be seen fizzing in the centre mid-reaction with the water. Both photographs have a lot of depth however it is shown in different ways, the galaxy look of the first photograph adds not only depth in the actual photograph but depth to the meaning, the other type of depth is the thoughts created by looking at the photograph, it makes you think of the world. In my photograph the depth is in the darkness at the sides, the dark waters represent danger within water.
